On this screen, you will type/enter the received Verification Code and set your Password. Press/touch "Submit" to continue.

On this screen, fill up your Personal Information. When done, press/touch "Save and Continue".
Next fill up your address information. Please fill up all address fields. Press "Save and Continue".
Enter/input your Contact Information. One (1) phone number entered is already acceptable. Put a check mark on the box by pressing/touching it to acknowledge and agree the terms and conditions. Touch "Save and Continue".
Please fill up your Identification Information, the ID Type, ID No. and your 9-digit TIN (Tax Identification Number). Press "Save and Continue".
Now upload the picture/image files in your phone, the "ID Card Front" and "Proof of residency". If your ID has your address on it then it can be at the same time serves as your "Proof of residency". Check the box and then press "Save and Continue".
Answer some Additional and Voluntary Information. Press "Save and Continue".
Please put a check on boxes for different Legal Notices. Touch "Save and Continue".
Review all the information you entered in this Agreement for correctness.
After you have reviewed all the information, put a check on the boxes to accept the Terms and Conditions. Type/enter your name on the field provided to serve as your electronic signature for this Agreement. Press "Buy Starter Kit" to complete the membership registration process.
You can buy your Starter Kit at this time.
